The self-titled Sheena Easton became Sheena Easton's debut album, released in 1981 on the record label, EMI. The album Sheena Easton consists of bright peppy pop songs. The album was well received, reaching US #24, and certified Gold from RIAA. The international version of this album was titled Take My Time, which reached UK #17, also earning a UK Gold disc. Includes the hit singles, "Modern Girl" (US #18, UK #8) and "Morning Train (9 to 5)" (US #1, UK #3). Further UK hits from the album were "One Man Woman" (#14), "Take My Time" (#44) and "When He Shines" (#12, only available on the Take My Time edition).
