"She's Out of My League" is an American romantic comedy film from Dreamworks, written by Sean Anders and John Morris, produced by Jimmy Miller and directed by Jim Field Smith which is currently in production, and due for release some time in 2009. It stars Jay Baruchel (Knocked Up) and Alice Eve (Starter for Ten) [1]

The plot centers around an unlikely hero - an average joe named Kirk, (Jay Baruchel) who works at an airport as a Transportation Security Administration officer and has very few goals in life, other than trying to get back together with his evil ex-girlfriend Marnie. Then he meets a smart, sexy, charming young woman called Molly (Alice Eve) - and, contrary to all expectations, starts dating her. His initial excitement turns to panic, as his own insecurities and the advice of family and friends threaten to ruin the relationship.

Photography on the movie commenced on March 31st, at the Mellon Arena, home of the Pittsburgh Penguins hockey team, and the movie continues to film in various locations around Pittsburgh until the end of May [4]. The movie is being produced by Pittsburgh native Jimmy Miller of Mosaic Media Group. According to Variety, it is director Jim Field Smith's first feature film [5].
