Shaikh reza shariati}}}== Born on 22th March 1965 in DAMAVAN (Tehran), Dr. Shaikh Reza Shariati belongs to a famous scientific family. He is a well experienced international writer and Shia missionary. Certificated by many Grand Ayatollahs, he has written many books as well as delivered many lectures in English, Arabic, French, Farsi about the sytem of the Islamic beliefs, Morals, Laws and etiquette.
In today's complex world, just surviving still less Islamicly living requires skillful personal, familial, organizational and social management. Serving our Lord with the most of our potential, making the backgroung favorable for deliberate choice of the people between the divine and the satanic systems and methods and finally contributing in order to establish the human worldwide family under the leadership of Imam Mahdi(A.J.) demand highly sensitive and well-developed personal, familial and social management in realizing our own potential and helping to relize that of others. Rounded development including the ability to mange ourselves and others, is always a vital part of the Muslim's toolkit. Moreover the human resources always play the first role in relizing the strategy of Islam. Therefore the most important prerequisite for making a success of that strategy is to absorbe, to find, to revive, to train, to develop and to organize the Muslim actual and potential human resources. An effective personal and social management is essential, if we are to make the most of our life and our potential wether we are managing a large organization, our own life affairs, or bringing up a family.
May it please Allah that Shariat Institute becomes a reasonable and persuading reply to our questions and requirements during the Imam Mahdi (A.J.) concealment and thereafter his appearance.
