Editor Review
Thank you for taking the time to review me! I've been meaning to get to know the template system for some time now, but I keep forgetting. This was a welcome reminder. Again, thank you! DurinsBane87 04:17, 4 November 2007 (UTC)
- Likewise from me, and very welcome feedback! --Lukobe 06:43, 4 November 2007 (UTC)
Thanks!
Thanks for reviewing me! I started to think my editor review was drowning in the middle of all the others. ^^ Zouavman Le Zouave 13:00, 4 November 2007 (UTC)

And why did you do [1] that? And besides, I never meant for it to be funny. It happens. It's like saying you need a source to say automobiles crash. →Black Tights 21:42, 5 November 2007 (UTC)
Thanks
Thank you for supporting me in my recent RFA which unfortunately did not pass at (47/23/5). I will be sure to improve my editing skills and wait till someone nominates me next time. Have a great day(or night)! --Hdt83 Chat 05:38, 5 November 2007 (UTC)

re. Wikipedia:Requests for adminship/Shalom
Hey Shalom, and thanks for the note. I would still like to nominate you (I recall there were other offers?), but I'm not at the liberty of being able to write a (good, by my standards) nom at this moment. As soon as I can, I will - hopefully in 24 hours...so if it hasn't started up by then, I'll get it going :) — H2O — 08:19, 6 November 2007 (UTC)
Speedy deletion of Megadim (journal)
A tag has been placed on Megadim (journal) requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A3 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is an article with no content whatsoever, or whose contents consist only of external links, "See also" section, book reference, category tag, template tag, interwiki link, rephrasing of the title, or an attempt to contact the subject of the article. Please see Wikipedia:Stub for our minimum information standards for short articles. Also please note that articles must be on notable subjects and should provide references to reliable sources that verify their content.
If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}}
to the top of the article (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the article's talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the article meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Adminship
Hey Shalom. I'm stopping by to see what your thoughts are on adminship? Since your RfA as YechielMan at the start of June 2007, you've improved greatly. You've done some great work around here, and know what you doing. So, to get to the point..I'd like to nominate you for adminship. What do you think? Qst 17:32, 7 November 2007 (UTC)
OhanaUnited's RfA
Thanks for voting at my RfA. Unfortunately, the result stands at 51 support, 21 oppose and 7 neutral which means that I did not succeed. As many expressed their appreciation of my works in featured portals during my RfA, I will fill up the vacuum position of director in featured portal candidates to maintain the standards of featured contents in addition to my active role in Good articles. Have a great day. OhanaUnitedTalk page 04:11, 8 November 2007 (UTC)
Thank you
AFD closures
Why are you closing day old AFD's as Speedy keep, when they are not?--Hu12 02:32, 11 November 2007 (UTC)

About time you were given the tools! :-) Good luck on your RfA, you'll definitely have my support unless you turn out to be a serial killer. — xDanielx T/C 06:40, 11 November 2007 (UTC)
- Yes. Preassigned support from me, too. — Dorftrottel 18:53, 14 November 2007 (UTC)
My (Remember the dot)'s RfA
I never thanked you for participating in my RfA a couple of weeks ago. Thank you for your support, though unfortunately the request was closed as "no consensus". I plan to run again at a later time, and I hope you will support me again then.
Thanks again! —Remember the dot (talk) 06:38, 13 November 2007 (UTC)

Template:Tarrap
Just to let you know that I added an additional, very similar template Template:Khulay Aasman Ke Neechay, created by the same user, to the TfD after you voted. Just wanted to let you know lest I bias the discussion :) SkierRMH 08:20, 15 November 2007 (UTC)
My RfA
Hi; thanks for your support to my RfA, which closed successfully at (51/1/2). I'll keep this brief since I don't like spamming anyone: I'll work hard to deserve the trust you placed in me. Thanks again. — Coren (talk) 23:22, 17 November 2007 (UTC)

An offer, if you're interested
Hello and shalom, Shalom. My gut feelings tell me that your current RfA will not achieve a consensus in your favor, but the same gut feelings tell me that you are genuinely interested in helping the project. As you are a good contributor with a few (self-created) hurdles blocking your progress, I was wondering if you'd accept my mentorship as a probationary custodian on Wikiversity. Wikiversity doesn't normally use open discussion for RfAs (custodian=admin, by the way), but rather a mentorship system where an experienced custodian agrees to be responsible for the training of a new custodian, and then we hold something akin to a Wikipedian RfA one month after the custodian has had the tools.
This will (hopefully) help you a bit on your next RfA (since you'll have some experience under your belt and probably a nomination from me or one of the other WV admins), and we at wikiversity will benefit by having your services for a couple months (or even longer, if you get the 'versity bug).
One caveat though: due to your (hopefully abandoned) habit of using mischievious alternate accounts, I will only mentor you if you give me permission to run checkuser on you (on WV) before you get the tools, and again before your open RfA. I'll also feel more comfortable if you would agree to having a Wikipedia CU share data with me before I nominate you for RfA here. I hope you understand my concern :).
Feel free to ask if you're not sure about anything (email me if you want to keep it private), or else just go ahead and list yourself at v:WV:RFA under the first heading (requests). --SB_Johnny | talk 18:52, 22 November 2007 (UTC)
- Thank you for your kind offer. Since I'm not interested in editing Wikiversity, I have no incentive to try a "mentorship" program in that forum. If I decide later to get involved in Wikiversity, I may ask you for advice. Shalom (Hello • Peace) 15:31, 23 November 2007 (UTC)
RFA withdrawn
Shalom, I have withdrawn your RFA. Letting it run on further would not have brought out any further constructive criticism, and it was highly unlikely to succeed. Please consider the concerns of the opposers and feel free to reapply in the future. Good luck. --Deskana (talk) 23:49, 22 November 2007 (UTC)
- A correct decision from Deskana, however my best wishes and support. Pedro : Chat 23:52, 22 November 2007 (UTC)
- Sorry about your RfA, Shalom. I still think you will make a great administrator. Good luck. Acalamari 00:40, 23 November 2007 (UTC)
- Likewise shalom, I'm a little disappointed about the decision, but keep your head up because your contributions are certainly valued. Ryan Postlethwaite 01:30, 23 November 2007 (UTC)

I voted against you but I appreciate it's a tough thing to go through and I hope you don't take the community's verdict the wrong way. If you keep your nose clean for a while then I'm sure you'll have a better chance if you decide to have another go. Nick mallory (talk) 14:03, 23 November 2007 (UTC)

C. M. Bent merged
Somebody else created Charles Bent (chess) and I merged C. M. Bent into that. They had different counts for number of published studies and I didn't investigate it but just left the count in Charles Bent (chess). PrimeHunter (talk) 14:17, 26 November 2007 (UTC)
- The other source for number of studies published is more reliable than what I had, which was an incomplete list. Shalom (Hello • Peace) 16:05, 27 November 2007 (UTC)
My editor review
Thanks for stopping by. I was wondering whether anybody had anything to say... though as that's where Swatjester found me to nominate me for the mop, I suppose it worked in one sense! Regards, BencherliteTalk 23:53, 27 November 2007 (UTC)
Re: Interwiki links for Special:Contributions
Done. Asking at the technical village pump is a good way to request this sort of change if you don't know which page exactly has to be changed to do it; or you could have used {{editprotected}} on MediaWiki talk:Sp-contributions-footer if you knew that that was the page that had to be changed. Hope that helps! --ais523 18:38, 28 November 2007 (UTC)
- They're definitely there; I checked that the edit had worked after making it, and even followed the links from users with a variety of usernames to make sure that special characters in usernames were being handled correctly. Try going to a contribs page and then bypassing your cache, in case it's a caching problem. --ais523 18:57, 28 November 2007 (UTC)
Tiffany Peters
The reason I marked the page was that there is NOTHING in the article, other than "article in progress". I want to mark this with a CSD A7 honestly, as a NN person. Reading the info, a 19 year old Student/Secret Agent? This sounds and smells to me rather hoaxy, and I wanted to let you know I was replacing the tag now for CSD-A7. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Wildthing61476 (talk • contribs) 17:41, 29 November 2007 (UTC)
