is a user & contributor to Wikipedia, subscribing to the Wikipedian philosophy of inclusionism, and is an overall expansionist and computer maximalist. He's also a proud packrat (person), and not-so-proud perpetual computer newbie. He finds learning & remembering new technologies & techniques very difficult, but nevertheless considers himself to be erudite in many fields of arcane and mundane knowledge. He defends many unpopular and unconventional viewpoints and individuals, and considers himself to be a very liberal, humanitarian cultural contrarian. He hates deletionism, exclusionism, excessive merging of articles, minimalism, austerity, deliberate violence, anti-humanism, nihilism, misanthropy, sex-negativity (prudery) and most forms of authority.

He is inclined to believe that there is a real logical possibility that most liberalism and leftism can be approached and defended from a rational (or not-so-rational) egoist and hedonist perspective rather than the traditional altruistic and/or ascetic one(s).

This user also has strong interests in life extension, longevity, alternative medicine, conventional medicine, and all things relating to health and survival.

This user believes that Wikipedia---although being one of his favorite pastimes--is nevertheless a largely incongruent or lop-sided battleground between advocates of fringe viewpoints (both similar to and opposite of his own), random inane vandals, and super-refined (picky) elitist editors, who tend strongly towards being minimalists and authoritarians. They evidently are embarrassed or ashamed of what Wikipedia was in the early years, and want it to seriously compete with first class online encyclopedias.
