ShallCarry is an internet handle used buy Richard Dionne. Rich is a Michigan resident who is also an avid hunter/shooter. When the CCW "Shall Issue" bills were spreading across the nation during the '90s, Rich would frequently write in message boards "when they 'shall issue', I 'shall carry'. He soon adopted this as his handle. Rich still lives in Michigan, is married, father of three, and does occasionally carry a firearm for protection.
