Born in South-Africa in 1983, I spent most of my formative years in and around Johannesburg, Gauteng. Both English and Afrikaans are my mother tongue ( I am fully Bilingual ), though I was educated with my first language being Afrikaans in Primary school, and then switched to English as a first language in High school. I have traveled and worked in Israel on Kibbutz to expand my cultural and linguistic diversity. More recently I plan on furthering my exposure to new cultures by learning Japanese and then traveling to the country on a cultural exchange program, wish me luck !
