I have just been a bit pedantic - he is not the 18th General-elect, the first two were not elected and Rader and Higgins were never General-elect as they took office as soon as they signed the deed of acceptance.
Well, the article is quite poor, the text doesn't seem to flow. Alot of the text is irrelevant (espescially about his wife... perhaps a seperate page on here is necesary?) The information on his kids seems to have point, just a random statement of fact in the middle of his histroy. Aaclarkcdr 04:24, 16 September 2006 (UTC)
