"She found Monk when he was drowning and she saved his life."

I've just watched the first three seasons, and I don't remember such a thing being mentioned, at least not as literal reality. There might have been what I interpreted to be a metaphorical reference to Monk being buried in his sorrow and Sharona helping him back into the real world, but I certainly never inferred any actual water. Monk was the one who said that she found him when he was drowning. This was in "Mr. Monk and the Red Herring" in a session with Dr. Kroger. She actually saved him from catatonia. --Mr. Monk man 03:20, 28 January 2007 (UTC)
