hi there is a question what about another season of angel? it was mysterical the ending of the series finale

Now, I'm sure I heard somewhere that, after the end of the show, while some fans were disappointed with the open-endedness of the episode, Joss Whedon received numerous requests to reveal what "would have happened next", and that Joss came out with something along the lines of: "Gunn dies, Illyria does more violence, Angel loses an arm, Spike gets shanshu, and Xander loses another eye, which is funny because he's not even there." Can someone verify? And if so, can they also work out whether the "Spike gets shanshu" part specifically deserves mention here? -- Supermorff 20:45, 28 May 2006 (UTC)

Since the tone of the comment reveals it is not meant to be taken seriously, does it really deserve a mention? If we mention that comment about the Spike-Shanshu here, doesn't that mean we should also need to go to the Xander Harris article and add the information: "Whedon has mentioned that had Angel continued, Xander would have lost another eye"..? -- Paxomen 23:19, 28 May 2006 (UTC)

Would anyone strenuously object if I took the "Which vampire?" section and, well, deleted it entirely? Some extracts: "Fans have speculated", "Seem to", "Seems unlikely", "Others believe", "In another theory", "Could", "Could", "Could", "Still another theory", "Could", "Presuming", and "We never really know". Hm. Offhand I can think of another couple of possible theories, and there are no doubt many, many more that could be speculated on. And that's all this is, speculation. Which has no place here. We don't need to tell the reader how they might interpret things. Just say what the prophecy is, say how the characters themselves have interpreted it, and their actions based on it. [edit] Earliest Reference

Should it be noted that the earliest reference to the Shanshu actually occurs in "I Will Remember You" during Angel's first talk with the Oracles?
