I have placed the following tags for the following reasons:

Advertising due to the "peacock" language written by the P.R. "flak" employed by the subject of the article, as noted on the Wikipedia:Conflict_of_interest/Noticeboard#Shane_Osborn;
Original research because it includes quotes from George W. Bush and others, without citing secondary sources, and in fact citing the subject's own recollections; and
Point of view because it has an awfully slanted point of view, even worse than others I've and others have tagged.

My suggestions on how to improve this:

Block the IP of the subject's office.
Prevent "ownership" stake by the subject or his emplyees.
Carefully monitor the article to keep on the tags until the article is improved.
Edit out the laudatory language.
Find reliable, secondary sources like newspaper articles and TV shows. Bearian 19:56, 11 June 2007 (UTC)
