Although there's a variety of spellings for this, I don't think "Shadoloo" is the most accurate one. I think this article should be moved to Shadaloo. Danny Lilithborne 02:20, 15 October 2006 (UTC)

Actually, I think that any translation ending with "-loo" is ridiculous. Come on, who names a crime organization "Shadow Toilet"?

I agree with Danny, in the games it's called "Shadaloo", notably the Street Fighter Alpha series. I have never heard it called "Shadoloo", or any other variant besides "Shadowlaw" in any sort of Street Fighter media. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 75.75.99.221 (talk) 22:04, 19 November 2007 (UTC)
So, are we going to move this or not ? Master Bigode (talk) 19:53, 15 December 2007 (UTC)

ShadolooShadaloo — Capcom USA translated the name of this organization as Shadaloo, and they are the current copyright holders of the series. —Master Bigode (talk) 20:06, 14 January 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Discussion

  • If you can show me where they used "Shadaloo" then I won't be opposed. JuJube (talk) 07:13, 15 January 2008 (UTC)
    • They used "Shadaloo" in Street Fighter Alpha 3[1][2], Marvel Super Heroes vs Street Fighter [3], Xmen vs Street Fighter [4], Marvel vs Capcom [5]...Master Bigode (talk) 09:45, 15 January 2008 (UTC)
      • No opposition, then. ^_^ Support JuJube (talk) 09:55, 15 January 2008 (UTC)
  • Shadow Law sounds menacing and is a good name for a crime organization. "Shadaloo" sounds stupid and is a result of somebody's lack of feel for linguistics. M3n747 (talk) 20:28, 26 February 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Capcom confirms: It's Shadaloo

Odd, why was I supporting "Shadoloo" before? JuJube (talk) 01:34, 28 February 2008 (UTC)
You weren't. - Master Bigode from SRK.o//(Talk) (Contribs) 04:36, 28 February 2008 (UTC)
Is it reliable? The guy claims Capcom made an official statement but he doesn't link to it. FightingStreet (talk) 12:27, 28 February 2008 (UTC)
