Shayne Mallard

Shayne Mallard (born c. 1964) is a political figure in the inner Sydney area, currently serving as a Liberal Councillor on the City of Sydney Council in Australia.[1]

Prior to election to the City of Sydney Council in March 2004, Shayne was elected to the former South Sydney City Council serving a term from July 2000. This followed the forced amalgamation of both the former South Sydney and City of Sydney Councils. [2]. Shayne is the first Liberal endorsed candidate elected to the City of Sydney.

Shayne Mallard was NSW Young Liberal President from 1993 to 1994 following former NSW Liberal Leader John Brogden.[3]
