Shawn Beveney (born 27 March 1982 in Guyana) is a footballer from Guyana the Guyana national football team.
He is a midfielder of superb potential and will make history as the first Guyanese International to play Professionally in Europe.
Shawn plays left or central Midfield for his country Guyana but plays as a striker here in England.
Beveney has captained Guyana 14 times and is one of the first team members that has helped Guyana shoot up the FIFA rankings recently.
He is currently with Lewes after a short stint at Kingstonian.
