Shaun Smith is the Manager of the Ra'anana Express in the Israel Baseball League. The Express finished the inaugrual 2007 season in fifth place, 17-24 (.415), and lost to the Netanya Tigers in the quarterfinals of the 2007 championship.

Smith is the head coach of the Auburn Orioles in Sydney Major League, the highest level of play in Australia. He is in charge of the club, which includes 50 players.

Smith has spent a lot of time on the development of players and improving knowledge of the fundamentals and skills of the game. Smith has coached men’s, boys and women’s teams.
