Shaun O'Hara (born June 23, 1977 in Chicago, Illinois) is an American football player who currently plays center and is a captain on the 2008 Super Bowl Champ New York Giants. He played college football at Rutgers University, and has been in the NFL since 2000. He is often seen on the sidelines during Rutgers home football games.

He used to play for the Cleveland Browns.

He went to Hillsborough High School (New Jersey). He also spent some of his childhood in Medina, Ohio.

Since joining the Giants, he has been a resident of Rutherford, New Jersey.[1]

During the 2008 NFL playoffs, O'Hara was accused by Green Bay Packers defensive end Aaron Kampman of being a dirty player.[2]

Shaun was named Giants Man of the Year for his community involvement as well as United Way's Hometown Hero in 2005[3].
