Sharona (Hebrew: שרונה) is an moshav in the Lower Galilee Regional Council, Israel . It was established in 1913 as an agricultural farm by Jewish immigrants but deserted in the 1920s. The moshav was rebuilt in 1938 in the Tower and stockade settlement method, by Jewish immigrants mostly from Poland. The name of the village was given to it after a near by ruin site called "Hirbet Saronia" which is located nearby the village.
