Sharon Harris

Sharon Harris is a libertarian political activist and president of the Advocates for Self-Government.
Harris holds a bachelor's degree in journalism and a master's degree in psychology.
In 1972, Harris was a founding member of the Libertarian Party of Georgia. In 1994, Harris ran for Commissioner of Agriculture in Georgia, garnering over 600,000 votes in the general election.
Harris is best known for her work with the Advocates for Self-Government, through which she recommends various rhetorical strategies for convincing voters of the tenets of Libertarianism. Harris also frequently promotes the use of the World's Smallest Political Quiz in conjunction with the Nolan chart in an event called "Operation: Politically Homeless."
