This is a Chinese name; the family name is Shao.

Shao Jiayi (Simplified Chinese: 邵佳一) (born 10 April 1980 in Beijing) is a Chinese football player who currently plays for Energie Cottbus in the Bundesliga.

Shao was tauted one of the most exciting players in the Chinese Super League and his presence in the centre of midfield was commanding. This impressed 1860 Munich to sign Shao on a loan deal from Beijing Guoan. Shao played there for two and a half seasons before moving to Energie Cottbus. He scored his first goal for Energie Cottbus at home against Hertha Berlin and away to Borussia Dortmund right after coming on as a substitute.
