Shanti Shucrelll is a fictional character from the gal game Little Witch Parfait, in which she makes the only full appearance. She is the mother of Parfait Shucrell, the main character of the Little Witch Parfait (series). She was the founder of the Black Cat Market, which is later inherited to Parfait when Shanti dies of an unknown disease.

In Little Witch Parfait2:Heartful Memories, it is said that Shanti was a princess from the City of Light, who met with Perky's father when he was attempting to save the inhabitants of the city when it was in chaos.

Shanti also makes a brief appearance at the Grand Ending, in which she asks the protagonist, Perky Shucrell, if her child (Parfait) would make a good daughter. This ending gives the final revelation that Perky was Parfait's father. It is said that, similar to the storyline of Little Witch Parfait, in which Shanti is the one who is about to lose her market if she does not pay for her debt of 50000 Gold. Because Perky had collected enough money for this situation, he is able to pay the debt, realising Shanti was his wife he was to save.
