Shantee DeShJuan Orr (born May 28, 1981 in Detroit, Michigan) is an American football linebacker for the Cleveland Browns of the National Football League. He was originally signed by the Green Bay Packers as an undrafted free agent in 2003. He played college football at Michigan.
Orr has also played for the Houston Texans and Jacksonville Jaguars.

Orr played college football at the University of Michigan, and was a starter for three seasons at defensive end. He finished his career with 79 tackles, 13 sacks, nine passes defensed and three forced fumbles. He majored in Physical Education.

Orr was originally signed by the Green Bay Packers as an undrafted free agent on May 2, 2003. He was vaived by the Packers on July 29 and claimed by the Houston Texans on July 30. He appeared in six games that season and made his NFL debut at the Buffalo Bills on November 16. In 2004, Orr in four games mainly on special teams. In 2005, he played in all 16 games starting 12 of them making 47 tackles and seven sacks. Just as he did the previous season, Orr played in all 16 games in 2006 with 27 tackles and 1.5 sacks. Orr began the 2007 season with the Texans appearing in six games but was waived on November 28.

Orr was signed Jacksonville Jaguars on December 12 and played in three games making three tackles.
On March 21, Orr signed for the Cleveland Browns.
