Shante Carver (born February 12, 1971 in Stockton, California) is a former American football defensive end in the National Football League. He played for the Dallas Cowboys from 1994-1997, and later in the Arena Football League with the Dallas Desperados (2001-2004). He played college football at Arizona State University.

Carver attended Arizona State University and was a student and a letterman in football. In football, as a senior, he was a first team All-America selection, won All-America honors from Playboy, and was a finalist for the Outland Trophy.

Carver was drafted in the 1st round of the 1994 NFL Draft out of Arizona State by the Dallas Cowboys. He went on to play four years for the Cowboys recording 11.5 sacks. He was also a member of the Dallas Cowboys team that won Super Bowl XXX.
