Shannon Fallon

Shannon Fallon (born 1970, Schenectady, New York) is a libertarian theorist and author, most notably of The Bill of Rights: What It Is, What It Means, and How It's Been Misused. (ISBN 1880741253)

She received her education at the University of California, Los Angeles and the University of California, Irvine. She now resides in Fresno, California.
