Shania Twain is the self-titled debut album by Shania Twain, originally released in 1993. Although never a hit when originally released, Twain's more recent successful albums gained her legions of fans, which has generated more interest in Shania Twain causing it to be certified platinum in the U.S. for shipments of one million copies.
