Shane William Rawley (born July 27, 1955 in Racine, Wisconsin), is a former Major League Baseball pitcher who played for the Seattle Mariners, New York Yankees, Philadelphia Phillies, and Minnesota Twins from 1978 to 1989. Rawley was selected to the National League All-Star team in 1986 as a member of the Phillies. The very next year in Philadelphia, he won a career high 17 games, leading the N.L. in games started with 36. In his Major League career, Rawley's record was 111-118, with 991 strikeouts and a 4.02 ERA.

Rawley founded Fielder's Choice Sports Complex at I-94 and Hwy 11 in Racine, Wisconsin. He currently owns and operates "Shaners Sports Bar and Pizzeria" in Sarasota, Florida.
