Shakespeare on the Saskatchewan is an annual Shakespeare in the park theatre concept used across the world, as a form of public presentation of William Shakespeare's works. In Saskatoon, Saskatchewan this summer theatre festival is hosted by Shakespeare on the Saskatchewan Festival Inc. Other activities include medieval feasts, workshops, tours, art displays, special matinees and a free community stage. The festival is a major tourism destination.

This free stage will show local talent in the form of music, theatre and dance performances.

Saskatoon has several hotels in the immediate down town area such as the Delta Bessborough Hotel, Sheraton Cavalier, Ramada Renaissance, Radisson, Hilton Garden Inn, and Park Town Hotel. There are also several hotels just minutes away from the down town core. Saskatoon also features camping facilities at the Gordie Howe campground.
