Shakespeare's Boy is a novel by Casimir Dukahz.
Dukahz’ novel is set in the Elizabethan Age and the world of Shakespeare's Globe Theatre. Thirteen-year-old Ruy, is an orphan and boy actor. Young boys always played the female roles in Shakespeare’s time and Ruy achieves instant fame in the role of Juliet. This allows him to explore his sexuality and he is seduced by rich and poor.
The book utilises a range of narrative techniques and some of the erotic scenes involving the young boy are quite explicit. Ruy is portrayed as a willing participant in his sexual adventures.
