Shaikh al-Hur al-Aamili

Shaikh Muhammad bin al-Hassan al-Hur al-Aamili was a Shia scholar and muhaddith. His book Wasael ush-Shia, a comprehensive compilation of authentic Shia Hadith, is used in education of ijtihad. He lived in Mashad, Iran, and was appointed as Shaikh al-Islam (Master of Islam) by the government. [1]
