Shaikh Siddiqui

Shaikh Siddiqui (Arabic: شيخ صدیقی ) is a word in the Arabic meaning truthful. It is a common family name signifying ancestory from Hazrat Abu Bakr Siddiq (Arabic: ابو بكر الصديق), first Khalifa (Caliph) of Islam.
The Siddiqui family is a multiethnic community in South Asia.
