Shahdara Bagh

Shahdara Bagh, Lahore is a suburb of Lahore. It consists of old markets. Shahdara is a northern suburb of Lahore. Its situated on northern side of River Ravi.
Its famous for two historic Mughal Architectural sites, Gardens built by Mughals, and tombs of Mughal Emperor Jahangir , his wife Empress Nur Jehan and his brother-in-law Abdul Hasan Asaf Khan.
Present day Shahdara is busy suburb town with major market and stalls. It has two parts, old town and the new town localities. It has its own railway station that links it to Lahore and other cities. M-2 Motorway, and N-5 GT Road passed through it which link the Lahore to northern parts of the Pakistan.
