Mohd Shafizan Hashim (born 02 September 1982) is a Malaysian footballer currently playing as a left defender for Kedah FA. Known as "Pelam" by fans, Hashim was promoted to the first choice defender of the club after Roshaidi Wahab was injured in a middle of the season 2006/2007. On 30 June 2007 he helped Kedah FA won the Malaysian FA Cup after beating Perlis FA 4-2 on penalties (both teams tied at 0-0 after extra time) in Batu Kawan Stadium.
