Shadowville Productions is a music production company that provides original instrumentals for artists or companies in need of beats.

Founded by William Lei Li (Slantize) in August of 2004, and incorporated September 2006 in the state of New York, Shadowville Productions/Shadowville Inc. is known to have been the pioneers of instrumental licensing via internet. The production company is recognized for introducing the concept of "leasing" beats to amateurs through the convenient medium of the world wide web. Originally operating on music community websites such as Soundclick, they have expanded to their own official website in June 2006 and have grown to work with major record labels and recognized companies.

It has been reported that Partysquad on Universal Music in the Netherlands has unauthorized use of a beat by Shadowville Productions on the track 'We Gaan Los' on the album 'De Bazen van de Club'. To date, Partysquad has not disputed this.
