Shaded Red was a popular Christian alternative rock band from Denver, Colorado, in the United States. Formed in 1993 by brothers Jamie Roberts (Vocals and Guitar) and Jonathan Roberts (guitars, bass, trumpet, piano). In 1997 they released their debut self-titled album through Cadence. They quickly became popular and began touring with groups like Petra and Newsboys. In 1998 a tragic car accident took the life of drummer Chris Yeomen and left Jonathan Roberts seriously injured with a shattered pelvis. In 1999, along with new drummer, Paul Kaiser the band released their second album entitled Red Revolution. Although the band has broken up, brothers Jamie and Jonathan have created a new band called Indio and currently reside in Los Angeles.
