This software is copyrighted, but its screenshot is being used here in the Microsoft Interactive Media Manager article under U.S. fair use laws, because:

it helps to visually identify the software; in that sense it furthers the goal of providing verifiable information.
it does not limit, nor does it claim to, limit the rights of the copyright holder.
it does not, in any way, assist in illegal reproduction of the software or any other things covered by the license of the software.
it is being used for informational purposes.
the software is not free, and not free alternative exists. So, there cannot be a free screenshot.
the software is not accessible to general public, so a self made screenshot cannot be provided.
