[edit] Licensing

Fair use is claimed for Shamrock Hotel through both of the following rationales: a) as a low resolution image of a (now demolished) building with iconic status and historical importance, which is a subject of commentary in an en_Wikipedia article about the pictured building (please see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Non-free_content#Acceptable_images #8) and b) this image is from a 1949 advertisement/publicity material (please see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Non-free_content#Acceptable_images #4) released by the building's Fort Worth architect, Wyatt C. Hedrick, used on en_Wikipedia to illustrate an article with cited critical commentary about the building it pictures.
