Shân Legge-Bourke

Elizabeth Shân Josephine Legge-Bourke, LVO neé Bailey (b. 10 September 1943) is a Welsh landowner.
The only daughter of Wilfred Bailey, 3rd Baron Glanusk, she inherited Glanusk Park upon his death in 1948. She married Capt. William Legge-Bourke (b. 1939), son of Harry Legge-Bourke, in 1964, by whom she has three children:
- Alexandra Shân "Tiggy" Legge-Bourke (b. 1965), nanny to Prince William and Prince Harry
- Zara Victoria Legge-Bourke (b. 1966), married Capt. Richard Grosvenor Plunkett-Ernle-Erle-Drax in 1988 and has issue
- Harry Russell Legge-Bourke (b. 1972) an officer in the Welsh Guards
In 1998, Legge-Bourke was appointed Lord Lieutenant of Powys. She was the subject of a BBC Wales series entitled The Lady of Glanusk in 2006.[1]
