The wording is better, but I still don't see why this business is notable enough to meet the guidelines at WP:N for business when it existed for under four years, and then was sold and absorbed/shut down. I don't think this article is going to survive, frankly, but if you read the various guidelines we have (see your welcome message above), you might do better in the future.
