Sfiha (also لحم بعجين lahm bi-`ajĩn, "meat with dough"; lahmacun in Turkish) are meat pies which originated in Syria, but are also made in countries like Jordan, Lebanon, Palestine and Iraq[1]. They are also very popular in Brazil due to the presence of a large Syrian-Lebanese community.
