Sezzadio is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Alessandria in the Italian region Piedmont, located about 80 km southeast of Turin and about 15 km south of Alessandria. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 1,276 and an area of 34.0 km².[1]
The municipality of Sezzadio contains the frazione (subdivision) Boschi.
