I am too lazy to do any research, so I won't add any scholarly detail or actual examples of the plot device. But it seems that I am the only person who is even interested in it, and my interest is only marginal. [edit] Rename this Page

I'm wondering if this page shouldn't be renamed Sexual tension (plot device) or Sexual tension (in film), since sexual tension can simply refer to a tension between two people in real life, which this article has nothing to do with. Gobonobo 10:39, 6 March 2007 (UTC)

  got to agree with Gobonobo, I came to this page looking for an analysis of the real phenomenon.
