Sexton Blake is a band based in Portland, Oregon. They are signed to the independent record label Expunged Records. Fronted by singer/guitarist Josh Hodges, other instruments include keyboard, drums, and bass. They were featured on the album "to: Elliott, from: Portland," a tribute album to Portland Singer/Songwriter Elliott Smith performing the song "Rose Parade". They currently have released one full-length, self-titled album. "Sexton Blake" the album, was recorded in New York City, by Josh Hodges, who then moved to Portland and started the band by the same name. Their second album (a collection of covered songs from the 80s) was released in July of 2007.

Sexton Blake has been on numerous regional tours of the Northwestern United States. Most recently they performed at the annual Portland festival PDX POP NOW! 2006--a free music festival showcasing local bands.
