This image is own by Mark Hodder but is allow to be use to promote their Sexton Blake and allow under Wikipedia:Non-free content criteria.

It isn't owned by Mark Hodder, i beleive it first appeared in issue 1 of Detective Weekly, 1933. Detective Weekly replaced the Union Jack but was cancelled in 1940 when paper rationing started
