Photo by an unknown paparazzi of Madonna during a photo shoot on Miami beach during the summer of 1992 taken from the German magazine Stern, issue - October, 1992.

My rationale for fair use is to illustrate the article on the Madonna's book Sex, which was made for educational purposes, as no free equivalent is available or could be created that would adequately give the same information.
