Severo-Baykalsky District (Russian: Се́веро-Байка́льский райо́н) is an administrative and a municipal district, one of the twenty-one in the Buryat Republic, Russia. It is located at the northern tip of Lake Baikal. Its administrative center is the urban-type settlement of Nizhneangarsk. District's population: 16,446 (2002 Census);[1] 40,213 (1989 Census).[2]

Barguzin Nature Reserve is located on the territory of the district.
