Seven of Wands

Seven of Wands is a Minor Arcana tarot card.
Tarot cards are used throughout much of Europe to play Tarot card games[1].
In English-speaking countries, where the games are largely unknown, Tarot cards came to be utilized primarily for divinatory purposes[1][2].

Usually this card carries the meaning of fighting over one's position, putting out the effort to keep something which is important. Note the superior position of the character.
[edit] Rider-Waite symbolism
- The person appears in a defensive pose against the other wands prodding in his direction, looking stressed-out, but firm.
- He appears to stand on a mount, which may symbolise his strong footing.
