Seven Oaks House Museum

The Seven Oaks House Museum is a museum in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. The house where the museum reside is one of the oldest surviving residences in Manitoba and one of a handful of log buildings remaining in the province. It was built in 1851-53.
The house was owned by one family, the Inksters, until 1952 when it was turned over to the city to be used as a park and museum.
The museum depicts life during the Red River Settlement in the 19th century. It is furnished with Inkster family belongings and other period pieces.
