Seven Inch was an emocore/punk rock band from the suburbs of Chicago, Illinois that formed from the ashes of the band SacHead. The band consisted of Chris Broach (vocals), Aaron Lipke (bass guitar), Shane Mason (drums), and Lou Goins (guitar).

The band formed during the Spring of 1993, in the Chicago suburb of Wheeling, Illinois, playing their first show as the opening band for Cap'n Jazz. Members went on to be in the bands Braid, Three Hands Clapping, Mondale, Midwest, Pilot On Hiatus, The Serge Nubret, L' Spaerow, Life at Sea and The Firebird Band.
They are one of the bands featured on the Braid album, Frankie Welfare Boy Age Five (Divot Records, 1995), at the end of the third song, "Minuet".
