The Seven Great Demon Lords is a fictional group from the Digimon media franchise. This group includes seven powerful and vicious Digimon who share the "Demon Lord" type in the Digimon card game (although there does exist other Digimon who have the "Demon Lord" type, but are not included in this group).
This Digimon group does not appear together in any of the Digimon anime or manga series. However, they are mentioned in Digimon Data Squad and the Digimon card game, and are antagonists in Digimon World Data Squad and Digimon World DS. So far, Leviamon and Lilithmon are the only two Demon Lords which have appeared in neither the anime or the manga.

Each of the Seven Great Demon Lords represent one of the Seven Deadly Sins. These all have symbols, similar to the crests belonging to the Digi-Destined children in Digimon Adventure. All the Demon Lords also have some kind of celestial object assigned to their crest. [1]

The names of all seven Digimon in this group is derived from various demons in Christian and Jewish mythology.

Barbamon is a Demon Lord Digimon whose name and design are derived from the Hebrew word for the demon Barbatos. Barbamon is the Demon Lord of Greed, and takes the form of an old wizard carrying a long rod which can be used to cast magic. He is the most deceitful of the group, and uses his cunning as a master strategist in the Demon Lords' plot to conquer the Digital World. He dwells within the deepest parts of the Dark Area, and is able to manipulate Fallen Angel and Demon Lord Digimon. His goal is to extract all the riches that exist in the Digital World. Beelzemon is a Demon Lord Digimon whose name and design are derived from the demon Beelzebub, the Hebrew word for Lord of the Flies. Beelzemon is the Demon Lord of Gluttony, and takes the form of a biker riding his motorcycle, the Behemoth, and equipped with his two favorite shotguns, the Beren Hena. As he loves to fight, he is constantly searching for a strong opponent, and is the most powerful of the Nightmare Soldiers. Beelzemon has a stronger, "complete" form named Beelzemon Blast Mode. Belphemon is a Demon Lord Digimon whose name and design are derived from the demon Belphegor. Belphemon is the Demon Lord of Sloth, and is usually sealed within his teddy-bear-like "Sleep Mode". However, every 1000 years, he awakens into his "Rage Mode", in which his features are more animalistic and predatory, and he takes the form of a giant, multi-winged monster. The chains that bound him in Sleep Mode are wrapped around his arms, and an energy aura surrounds parts of his body. Daemon is a Demon Lord Digimon whose name and design are derived from the Cacodaemon, an evil Daemon. In the American franchise, he is named Creepymon outside of the anime. Daemon is the Demon Lord of Wrath. He is said to be a Seraphimon which was banished to the Dark Area after it attempted to take over the Digital World. He often wears a cloak which hides most of his diabolical bestial form. Leviamon is a Demon Lord Digimon whose name and design are derived from the Biblical sea monster Leviathan. Leviamon is the Demon Lord of Envy, and takes the form of a gigantic red crocodile with a long snout and a split tail. It is known as the "Demonic Beast" from fear of its mighty power, and is the most physically strong of any monster in the Digital World. It is said that it sleeps in the seabed of the Net nearest the Dark Area, that its jaws are enormous enough to swallow even the Digital World, and that it creates the foundation for the existence of wickedness. However, its hatred for Angel Digimon is such that it will flee from them, unlike the other Demon Lords. Lilithmon is a Demon Lord Digimon whose name and design are derived from Lilith, Adam's first wife according to the Talmud and mother of a race of demons. Lilithmon is the Demon Lord of Lust, and takes the form of a beautiful woman with a decayed right arm wearing the monstrous "Nazar Claw". She is said to be an Ophanimon who fell from grace (similar to how Daemon was once a Seraphimon). She is also known as the "Goddess of Darkness". Lucemon Chaos Mode is a Demon Lord Digimon whose name and design are derived from "Luce", the Italian word for light and a reference to Lucifer. Lucemon Chaos Mode is the Demon Lord of Pride, and takes the form of an hybrid demon-angelic man. He is considered the leader of the Seven Great Demon Lords, even though he is the only one of the Ultimate level. He is one of the few Digimon able to combine and control light and darkness. His goal is to create a new world, and according to his character bio he long ago instigated an insurrection that resulted in the imprisonment of the Seven Great Demon Lords in the Dark Area.
