The Doctor Who logo used for the tenure of the Seventh Doctor.

Though the picture is copyright © to either Oliver Elmes, CAL Video or the BBC, I Futurehawk|talk 07:00, 27 August 2007 (UTC)) feel it is covered by the U.S. fair use law because:

1. The image is a low-resolution reproduction of the original logo;
2. The image is being used for informational purposes about Oliver Elmes work on the logo used for the seventh Doctor, in the television program Doctor Who;
3. No more free alternative exists;
4. The use of the image in this article will have no effect on either Oliver Elmes, CAL Video or the BBC commercial use of the image in question.
