The use of copyrighted/trademarked logos to illustrate the organization in question arguably falls under Fair use under U.S. copyright law. This example is of low resolution. Its use to illustrate the article Seva Foundation on the English Wikipedia doesn't detract from the value of the Seva Foundation's trademark/copyright. Its inclusion in the article adds significantly to the article by helping to identify the foundation through its distinctive design.
